Directions In Research is an owner-operated business involved exclusively with data collection and tabulation. 

DIR is headquartered in San Diego, CA, with call center facilities in Grand Rapids, MI and San Jose, Costa Rica. 

DATA COLLECTION CAPABILITIES:

• CATI Interviewing & Recruit to Web / On-line / IVR / Multi-mode methodologies

CAPACITY:

• 320 CATI stations all running Quancept interviewing software, with the option of predictive dialers.

STAFFING:

• DIR has over 500 Part-Time interviewers (no full-time) - 400 in Grand Rapids / 130 in Costa Rica
• DIR is currently in the process of hiring more interviewers, due to the expansion of our facilities.
